Bryn & Edward

Purple calla lilies, a white dinner jacket and a garden full of texture gave Bryn and Edward’s Living Sculpture Sanctuary wedding its own character. We photographed their day among the tropical paths, wooden bridges and water in Davie, moving from quiet portraits to a ceremony surrounded by their guests.
A wedding surrounded by green
At Living Sculpture Sanctuary, the garden is present in wide views and small details alike. Wooden paths lead past palms and orchids, while the pond brings reflections and color into the photographs. For Bryn and Edward, we used those changing surroundings to make a varied portrait collection within the same venue.

White satin, purple flowers and personal details
Bryn’s satin gown and Edward’s white jacket kept their look simple against the garden. The purple flowers added a vivid accent, appearing in both the detail photographs and the portraits. We photographed the dress and jacket before the celebration, along with a few quiet moments on the wooden balcony.

Time together on the garden paths
The walkways gave us room for full-length portraits, close embraces and photographs that show the scale of the planting around them. Orchids, palms and shaded timber formed different backgrounds as we moved through the garden. We left space for both composed portraits and the small interactions between them.

Their guests gathered in the garden
The ceremony brought everyone together along an outdoor aisle under the trees. The photographs hold on to Edward’s reaction as Bryn approached and the newlyweds returning through their guests. Later, the wooden reception floor became the setting for a celebratory dip.

Evening light beside the water
As the light softened, we returned to the water. The waterfall, reflections and sun through the trees gave these portraits a different feeling from the shaded paths earlier in the day. One close kiss and one wider view were enough to bring the couple and the landscape back together.

Planning your Living Sculpture Sanctuary photos
Let us know which parts of the garden you love, and we’ll build portrait time around your ceremony and celebration. We recommend keeping a little flexibility for the light and weather that day, and sharing a family-photo list before the wedding. That helps us make room for the portraits you want while keeping you connected to your guests.
