Adrian and Sharlena’s ElopeWe wedding was surrounded by palms, textured stone and lush garden paths. Their intimate ceremony brought their guests close, and their portraits wandered through the greenery afterward. We photographed the details, the vows and the moments in between as one connected garden story.
A tropical garden wedding in Miami
At ElopeWe, the greenery becomes part of almost every photograph. Palms arch over paths, stone steps create layers in the garden, and the entrance gate offers a more architectural backdrop. Adrian and Sharlena’s collection moves between these settings while keeping the two of them at its center.
The details before the garden ceremony
Sharlena’s gown, ivory shoes and white flowers kept the palette soft against the green surroundings. We photographed those details along with her getting-ready portraits and Adrian’s light gray suit. The garden gave each of their individual portraits a natural connection to the setting of the ceremony.
An intimate ceremony among the palms
Their guests sat close to the ceremony in the garden, with white parasols and tropical leaves appearing throughout the photographs. The small gathering made it possible to photograph the vows, the first kiss and the reactions nearby without losing the sense of the surrounding space.
A few quiet paths, a few playful moments
After the ceremony, we made time for portraits along the paths and beside the water. The veil and parasol added soft shapes to the photographs, while the deeper greenery framed their faces. We also kept the less formal moments: walking together, sharing a laugh and celebrating in the garden.
